I was running late today and didn’t have time to make a juice so I went with a raw breakfast!
Raw strawberries, watermelon, and apples with organic peanut butter and cottage cheese!

For the uninformed, my plans as of right now are:
I don’t believe in counting calories or weighing in excessively because for me personally, that just makes the whole ride more difficult. I put myself down too much if I went over my calories or gained instead of lost. Life happens, mistakes happen, and there’s always tomorrow so I can’t be fixated on a number. I just want to be healthy and happy.
My goal weight as of right now is 200lbs, and after I achieve that feat, my next goal weight will be set until I reach my ultimate goal of 130lbs.

*I’m not exactly sure the number of grapes I used, but it was about 3 good handfuls.
*Also, I started with 8 medium sized strawberries but realized I still had room in my glass and not too many strawberries left in the crate so I just finished it off with the smaller sized strawberries left. 14 is an approximate number of different sized strawberries.
If theres something I’ve learned about juicing it’s that it is always a guessing game! Just go with what tastes good to you! And next time you’ll know to add more of whichever ingredient!
